Students need to choose a health condition of interest, and then prompt generative AI to suggest structure and content for a patient information leaflet.
In doing so, students need to have a firm grasp of disciplinary knowledge in order to generate a meaningful prompt. They also apply critical thinking to evaluate and improve upon AI’s suggestions.
Students submit documentation of their collaboration with AI. This involves them reflecting on the AI’s outputs and summarising how they engaged with and improved upon it.
